Frequently Asked Questions
|
|
Q: When I submit my resume, when and how will I hear back from the Company?
A: Your resume is active for 90 days. We will initially let you know if we believe you have the qualifications we need and require to work for the Company. During the 90-days following your submission, if we have a specific opening for which you meet the qualifications, and we want to interview you, Human Resources staff will contact you to set up a time/date for an interview.
Q: I understand my resume is active for only 90 days. After that, what happens?
A: If your qualifications meet our requirements and needs, we will let you know that within a few days after your resume is submitted. If after 90 days, you have not heard further from us, it will be necessary for you to resubmit your resume in order to be considered for any future openings for which you may be qualified.
Q: How do I know if I meet your qualifications?
A: While several positions are benchmarked as to general skill sets and qualifications, many openings involve more narrow qualifications. If you do not meet those, you will generally receive a reply within a couple of weeks.
Q: I see that you have a general e-mail address for submitting resumes. Is there anyone I can talk to if I want to make and employment inquiry?
A: While resume@genfireins.com is a generic e-mail address, any resume sent to this account will get properly routed to Human Resources staff and will get their attention.
Q: I read your FAQ and it doesn’t really answer my question. How can I get my question addressed?
A: You may e-mail human.resources@genfireins.com if you have any questions or inquiries not addressed on this website.
