Our Commitment to You:
 

If we receive a completed application 60 days prior to the effective date, you will receive a quotation and a professional proposal for you to deliver to the insured 10 working days prior the the effective date.
If we receive all point of sale changes within 10 working days of the effective date, you will receive the policy within 30 working days of the effective date (most times sooner) and all changes will be incorporated in the policy.
Renewal policies will automatically be renewed "as is" within 15 working days of the effective date unless we are notified by you of requested changes.  A new application is not needed upon renewal.
